Hair fall, dandruff are real big problems for men and women which could happen due to various reasons.here is a simple home treatment for your hair. This has helped me over the past few years to have a thicker hair irrespective of the weather and harmonal changes during my pregnancy and post delivery period.the following recipe is a simple mixture of different oils that you can get from your local store or shop n mix to create a deep conditioning treatment for your hair and scalp. Here is the list of oils that i mix to create my own oil treatment .
Equal quantities of
                         1.coconut oil
                         2.olive oil
                         3.almond oil(bajaj almond drops)
                         4.navarathna oil
                         5.amla oil(dabur amla)
                         6.castor oil
                         7.kesavarthini
8.clean and clear anti dandruff oil.
pour this mixed oil in a bottle and use it according to your preference.I usually use it thrice every week .I leave it on my head for about three hours before washing my hair.Hope this helps.
